“ I hesitate to leave this review because Natv isn't that crowded at the moment and I know it will be soon. This fine dining restaurant serves gourmet food, on par, if not exceeding the quality and flavor of any restaurant in the Tulsa area, but at a reasonable price of between 30-40 per person. From the beginning of the dinner, the flavor of the Three Sisters soup defied all preconceived and visual expectations. The Bison Poyha and Filet were both magnificent, while hitting very different combinations of the pallet. I ordered the Filet dressed in the style of the Bison Sirloin. The Filet had better flavor than any cut of steak I have ever ordered in my life. The location and restaurant feel will likely change as the restaurant sees continued success, but for now it isn't quite as comfortable as one might want for fine dining. “ Really enjoyed everything we got, bison burgers were phenomenal. Wish there were more restaurants like this, happy we stopped by on our road trip! ”
“ I found this place to be particularly interesting not only was the staff very friendly and helpful but the whole vibe of the restaurant was good. The blackberry mint lemonade was so delicious and refreshing. The fry bread is a must try(one of my new favorites)! It's so flaky soft and crispy with dipping sauce makes it spectacular (I ordered the vegan version). Also got a few of their other vegan choices (vegan tacos) I already do a little dance when I eat something yummy but if it makes you fist fight the air or do the Hercules clap, you know it's good! They custom made one of the desserts to fit my dietary lifestyle choices (vegan) the blue corn mush. It wasn't my favorite thing from them that I tried but still not bad especially because it comes with fresh fruit. They made my non-vegan fur-baby Chica a little something too and she loved it! We requested no seasonings on it(It was her first time trying bison). It's a small restaurant that left a big impression in a wonderful way. Thank you Natv! ***Just a note update*** so I tried the blue corn mush again but this time I still had it vegan and when I got home I added agave syrup to it to replace the honey that was missing and paired it with some vegan vanilla ice cream (because one of the employees said that she normally has it with ice cream) Oh my goodness! The difference between before and now.... I'm a fan now and I see what they are talking about. If you like cobbler and ice cream or pie and ice cream (who doesn't) then I'm sure that you will like this. ”
“ We went here on a date for my husband's birthday. Everything we tried was absolutely amazing, not just good. The waitress was a sweetheart too. ”
“ Amazing dishes with elevated flavors. If you enjoy quality over quantity and beautiful platings that taste amazing NATV is a must. You will not be disappointed. ”
“ We had a delicious dinner and everyone working there was so nice! The salad with smoked pumpkin was fresh and invigorating. The bison entrees (poyha and gnocchi) had delightful layers of flavors and were beautifully plated. ”
“ We got the: salmon entree, steak entree, bison and pork belly burger entree, and the seared trout. It was all prepared fresh and plated so pretty it was surprising we weren't at a super fine dining establishment. (Granted the food all took a little while but these were some complex dishes.) Everything was very delicious. For dessert, we tried the corn cheesecake and berry cobbler. The berry cobbler was very sweet but good. The corn cheesecake was a bit more subtle and granular than expected but not bad. I'd definitely eat here again. ”
“ Phenomenal food and good service. Semi finalist for james beard awards. New cuisine but not difficult to understand. Fry bread with herb butter or wajabi sauce was a hit even with kids. They have a kids menu and were welcoming to kids. Can accommodate large parties and food was light, healthy but lots of meat options and never heavy. Would go again. Very authentic and you know is woman owned with nicely stocked feminine products in bathroom. ”
